Information and consent for participation in Stichting SAM research

Information and consent

You are invited to take part in a short scientific study by Stichting SAM in collaboration with Fontys University of Applied Sciences. You will be asked a few short questions and give your answers verbally. This takes about 1 minute.

Participation is entirely voluntary. You can stop at any moment without giving a reason. Your answers will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for research purposes. Your spoken answers will be recorded and then processed anonymously. Results will only be reported anonymously and cannot be traced back to you personally.
